23 September 2012 – Studio Cookbook 2 launch

Today our friend Ken Kirton launched the second edition of the Studio Cookbook at the Whitechapel Gallery. Holger and Romilly peeled about 300 potaoes and made German potato pancakes. Far too many. We are still eating the leftovers from the event.

21 September 2012 — The last Cuppa

A sad day. Today the Tea shop, one of our favorite identity projects closed its doors. Located next to St. Paul's Cathedral it just didn't survive the loss of revenue caused by the area being 'occupied' for several months. Bloody hippies — there you have it: Instead of banks you closed down the venture of harmless, peace-loving, tea drinking people. However, Tea will survive as a product available from many retailers and since we originally planned the shop as a chain it may resurface again. Hopefully in the East of London.

19 September 2012 — Join us for a Feast

On Sunday our friend Ken Kirton will launch the second edition of the Studio Cookbook at the Whitechapel Gallery. Holger will be cooking the one only thing he can cook. Come along and join us. Tickets are much cheaper than going to a restaurant and can be booked here.

18 September 2012 — London Fashion Week

Our first taste of London Fashion Week. The SS13 Thomas Tait show on the south bank, for which we designed the exclusive invite which was inspired by a finish from Thomas' new collection.

18 September 2012 — Early Talk at the Design Museum

Holger was speaking at the Design Museums this morning as part of Designer Breakfasts. The other speakers were Matt Wade from Kin and Matt Baxter from Baxter & Bailey. Very nice to meet you guys and thanks to Mike Abrahams for organising it.

13 September 2013 — Signs for Students

We designed all the common room signs for the IQ student Accomodation in Shoreditch. Today they arrived back from the anodizers all nice and shiny. A big job for the carpenter who has to screw them into the doors now. The room numbers (which were already there) used 2 screws per number and go into 4 digits, so we thought we waste even more screws and made them part of the design. Some of our signs have over 20 screw holes.

02 September 2012 — Amsterdam

Holger just came back from Amsterdam (and cycling half of the Netherlands) where he visited our friends the lovely Pinar and Viola and the very talented Mr. Pataki. Check out their great work.

03 September 2012 — Designer Breakfasts

This one is for the early birds among us. Holger will be speaking at Designer Breakfasts held at the Design Museum on the 18th of September at 8am in the morning (no, they are not joking about the time, this is why its called 'Breakfast'). If you can make it that early you can book a place here.

14 August 2012 – Neal's amazing font kit

Today our ex-intern and regular collaborator in all things fonts Neal came to visit us to show his amazing font kit. Check it out here. And give this man a job (we would if we could), he is a genius!

27 July 2012 — Driftwood Installation

Today our sign board at Metropolitan Wharf was finally installed. It looks so simple considering that the project was really complicated and took us forever. The complete project can be seen 'here'.
